TO-M1

At ThermoOncolgy, we have developed effective, cost-efficient hardware to work with our software.

TO-M1 relies on a combination of imaging technology and electromagnetic radiation to accurately heat targeted tissues in the breast to between 41- 45°C for cancer treatment.  

It also includes an adjustable bed with a special treatment area for each breast. Furthermore, our device uses cameras and a special material to stabilize and correctly target treatment.

The combination of a wideband antenna and our patented software enables our product to precisely get the region shape and depth of penetration for maximum effectiveness and minimum collateral impact.

Tailored specifically for breast cancer, TO-M1 also includes a special mesh stabilizer for improved treatment quality.

TO-Plan combines treatment planning and optimization software for hyperthermia treatment. It uses an advanced image processing algorithm to interpret, segment, and 3D model a computational phantom of the patient using standard CT and photo imaging data.

Furthermore, the proprietary solver determines the optimal EM field distribution and target temperatures for the microwave therapy, providing the patient with the most effective treatment.

Micro-Adjustment Algorithm

Our imaging-based micro adjustment algorithm uses positioning, pressure, and imaging data to make corrections to the treatment in real-time as the breast moves or changes shape.
